The Santa Claus phone line utilizes Natural Language Processing (NLP) to understand and respond to requests. Incoming calls are first converted using Speech-to-Text technology. A large language model (LLM) then processes the text, analyzing its context and generating an appropriate response. Finally, the response is converted back to Speech using Text-to-Speech technology and delivered to the caller. This is the first automated festive phone line in Lithuanian to use AI for such purpose.
